CHEŁMSKI MIX - a 30% flour mixture intended for the production of multigrain wheat-rye bread. The high content of grains included in the mixture makes Chełm bread an excellent source of vitamins, unsaturated fatty acids and microelements that give the bread a unique taste and stay fresh for a long time.

Bread recipe
Ingredient dosage:
- 3000 g of the mixture
- 3500 g of wheat flour type 750
- 3500 g of rye flour type 720
- 400 g of yeast
- 7000 g of water
Preparing:
Pour all ingredients into the bowl and mix the dough. Leave for pre-fermentation. Then divide into pieces and place in molds or baskets. Leave for final fermentation.
Baking:
- 190-230°C
- 35 min.
