Bread recipe
Ingredient dosage:
- 1000 g of the mixture
- 1000 g of wheat flour type 750
- 60 g of yeast
- 1000 g of water
Preparing:
Combine the ingredients. Mix in the bowl for 4 minutes at low speed, then 4 minutes at high speed. Set the dough aside to rest for 15 minutes at a temperature of 26-28 C, then divide it into pieces and put it in the proofer for about 40 minutes at a temperature of 30° C and a humidity of 70%.
Baking:
- 220°C
- 30 min.
