- Soreno carrot cake 2 kg
Eggs 0.5 kg
Oil 0.5 kg
Mix for 4 minutes at medium speed
2. Red currant 1.5 kg VORTUMNUS
3. Pear 1.5 kg VORTUMNUS
4. Cocoa crumble 0.5 kg
Pour the carrot cake onto the baking tray and smooth it out. Pipe a lattice of red currant and pear on top. Finish with crumble.
Baking time 45-50 minutes
Temp. baking 180°C
