Basic recipe
Ingredient dosage:
- 300 g Quark Soft stabilizer
- 500 g water
- 100 g eggs
- 1000 g cottage cheese
- 100 g oil
Preparing:
Mix 100 g of water, eggs, cottage cheese and oil until uniform. Then mix 400 g of water with the stabilizer and combine with the mass
Baking:
- 95-120 min. 150-160°C
Premium reception
Ingredient dosage:
- 1000 g cottage cheese
- 125 g eggs
- 125 g oil
- 125 g sugar
- 175 g cream 33%
- 250 g Quark Soft stabilizer
- 250 g water
Preparing:
Beat cottage cheese, oil, eggs and sugar for 4 minutes at medium speed. Combine Quark Soft stabilizer with water, then combine with the previously prepared cottage cheese mass. Beat the 33% cream until stiff and combine with the mass.
Baking:
- 95-120 min. 150-160°C
