Donut recipe
Ingredient dosage:
- 1000g mixture
- 5000g wheat flour type 500
- 450g margarine
- 340g yeast
- 1900ml water
- 840g eggs
Preparing:
Mix all ingredients except water, then add water and mix until uniform. Proofing 25-45 min. Weight 2100 g.
Frying:
- 180°C3x3x2x1 min.
Recipe for buns
Ingredient dosage:
- 1000g mixture
- 5000g wheat flour type 500
- 700g margarine
- 300g yeast
- 2000 ml water
- 750g eggs
- 400g sugar
Preparing:
Mix all ingredients except water, then add water and mix until uniform. Proofing 25-45 min. Weight 2100 g.
Baking:
- 210-220°C8-10 min.
Recipe for yeast dough

- 1000 g mixture
- 5000 g wheat flour type 500
- 700 g margarine
- 300 g yeast
- 2000 ml water
- 750 g eggs
- 400 g sugar
Preparing:
Mix all ingredients except water, then add water and mix until uniform. Proofing 25-45 min. Weight 2100 g.
Baking:
- 180-200°C25-35 min.
