Product description
Gingerbread dough mix. It is a biscuit-fat product with the addition of carefully selected spices. Quick and easy to prepare, very tasty, soft and moist. It works well in both large and small forms and is combined with dried fruit, cream, marmalade and chocolate.

Piped gingerbreads
Ingredient dosage:
- 900 g of the mixture
- 500 g of wheat flour type 500
- 350 g of honey
- 200 g of eggs
- 200 g of fruit marmalade
- 100 g of oil
- 300 g of water
Preparing:
Combine honey, eggs, water, marmalade and oil at medium speed. Finally, add the flour mixture. Mix until ingredients are combined. Pipe any shapes with a pastry bag.
Baking:
- 170-190°C
- 15 min.
Cake recipe
Ingredient dosage:
- 1000 g mixture
- 350 g eggs
- 300 g oil
- 100 g water
- 200 g marmalade
Preparing:
Mix all ingredients thoroughly at low speed for about 5 minutes. until a uniform consistency is obtained.
Baking:
- 170-190°C
- 15-20 min.
Fine rolled gingerbread
Ingredient dosage:
- 1000 g of the mixture
- 150 g-250 g of wheat flour type 500
- 180 g of water
- 140 g of eggs
- 100 g of oil
Preparing:
Mix the measured amount of ingredients together. Mix for 5 minutes. with a flat mixer.
Baking:
- 200°C
- 15 min.
